+ How can I book an appointment?
You can contact us letting us know what service you need done and if it is for specific date or if you have a preferred day of the week/time (morning, afternoon, evening). We service 7 days a week 9:00 am-7:00 pm.
+ My appointment has been set, whats next?
You will receive a confirmation text once your appointment has been set followed up with a reminder the day before your appointment. Please allow for a 30 minute window for the arrival of your stylist or artist. We will contact you once were are headed your way with an ETA.
+What sets KMS apart
To ensure satisfaction and consistency we keep notes and photos for each client for future refrence (Products used, hair cut/style techniques, skin conditions or allergies, makeup preferences, ect.) Love a prodcut we used? All products are kept on hand for purchase and if it's out of stock we will delivr it at no extra cost.
+ Do I need to provide anything?
No we bring all the necessary tools, products,lighting equiptment, and even a chair to set up.
+ Where will it take place?
In the comfort of your home, office, or where ever we are needed. We just ask that where is enough space for us to set up and there is good lighting.
+ What if I need to reschedule or cancel.
Once your appointment has been booked you can reschedule the date or time one other time before having to put down another deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours your deposit will be lost. This is to prevent cancellations as the time lost could have gone to another client.
+ How should I prepare for my makeup service?
Please have a clean face free from any previous makeup and products. If you have an skin conditions or are allergic to certain products please let us know prior. Lashes are always provided.
+ How should I prepare for my hair service?
For all cuts and blowouts we ask that the client has their hair washed as close to their appointment time so it maintains the moisture and is product free. For men please do not wear a hair the day of your cut because it will create a hard line.
+ What payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment.
+ Not satisfied with your service?
Let us know how we can help get your complete satisfaction and we are more than happy to come back out! Cuts must be schedule one week from the original appointment date.
